The Exponential Power of Women Supporting Women: A Blueprint for Collective Success

Through my work with How Women Lead and How Women Invest, and as a private investor in women-founded companies, I’ve seen what happens when we choose community over competition.

I've witnessed firsthand how community over competition creates extraordinary results. Women step into leadership, capital flows differently, and whole ecosystems start to shift.

As we begin Women’s History Month, I penned an article about How Women Lead’s credo, which are the four pillars that have shaped my own journey:
